DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship all orders, either Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express. Items are shipped during weekdays (Monday-Friday) within 24 hours of ordering. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will ship out on Monday. A confirmation email will be sent when the order is shipped, along with a tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are unable to process international orders through our online shop, however please contact us directly for payment options, shipping rates and turnaround times.

SALES TAX

Virginia state sales tax of 6% is applicable only to items shipped to a Virginia address.

PAYMENT

Payments may be made via Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or PayPal.

RETURNS

We believe that the delight of handmade is its human and artisan quality, complete with occasional subtle imperfections. In the case that you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns up to 10 days after purchase. Contact us at hello@indigolionglobalhandmade.com with any return inquiries.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. A purchase receipt must also be included. Sale or discounted items are considered final and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Returned items are shipped at the purchaser’s expense. All items being returned or exchanged are considered the liability of the purchaser until we have received them. Once we receive your item, and the items have been inspected, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email confirmation. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest returning the item first for a refund, then placing a new order for the item you want. Contact us at hello@indigolionglobalhandmade.com with any exchange inquiries.
